LEGAL/HR Assistant

LOOKING FOR
All-round administrative employee

RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing correspondence (post, internal mail, emails, etc.)
Managing  schedule and agenda
Following up on assigned files
Administrative management of insurance portfolios (marine & non-marine)
Administrative follow-up of insurance files, invoicing, and processing of personal data
Quickly processing administrative data and conducting research

SPECIFIC LEGAL/HR TASKS
Assisting the Legal/HR Manager
Processing administrative documentation specific to the sector
Direct contact with external partners
Handling sensitive and confidential information discreetly
Efficiently processing administrative work
Ensuring an impeccable reception of clients, candidates, and new employees
Guaranteeing a good first impression

REQUIREMENTS
Some experience is a plus
A Bachelor’s degree in an administrative field is a plus
Good  ICT and communication skills
Hands-on, dynamic, and able to work in a changing environment
Proactive, efficient, and organized
Discreet, diplomatic, and dedicated
Able to set priorities.
Language skills: Dutch, English, and French
